If you enter the shopping center at the entrance between Star Provisions and Jeni's, down the hall across from the Jeni's exit is the "women's" (black door) and a little further down toward the tables is the "men's." Both are locking, with a large single locking stall within (no idea why.)
[There are also multi-stall gendered indoor bathrooms across the bridge near Room and Board that are almost always totally empty (except on busy weekend nights), within the glass doors across from the Dtox juice stand.]
These two bathrooms are gendered but people use whichever one all the time if the other is in use. I would just say wait until there isn't a line and dash inside. I work here and have never had any problems, and to my knowledge none of my trans coworkers have had problems either.
