Promo discipline

We never discount the donation.
Sales come out of Allgenda's cut, never the 5% headed to your nonprofit.
No paid placement, ever.
Verification, ranking, and editorial coverage are not for sale. Dues funds the platform; it never buys outcomes on it.
Receipts publish quarterly.
Miss a quarter and you can call the whole pricing page a lie.

First report publishes the quarter Dues opens.

FAQ

Things people ask before paying.

What does a credit buy?
One credit equals 30 seconds of Voice Lab realtime coaching, one minute of transcript, or one detailed acoustic analysis. You pick how to spend them. Credits never expire.
What's the difference between credit packs and Member?
Credit packs are one-time top-ups. Buy when you need them, no commitment. Allgenda Member is $12/month: you get 100 credits every month, 15% off any extra packs you buy, and access to all Member-only premium features across Voice Lab, The Agenda, Commons, and the Dues vote. Members fund what Allgenda builds next.
How does the 5% donation work?
When you buy a pack or subscribe to Member, you pick one nonprofit from a curated list of ten at checkout. Five percent of that charge gets set aside for them the moment you pay. We commit to disbursing it quarterly and publishing a public report that shows every transaction, every nonprofit, and the totals. The donation is built into how the model works.
Why call it 'Dues'?
The word comes from a labor-organizing tradition: members pay because they belong, and the money stays with the cause. Paying for Allgenda is a way to keep it independent and route real money to the movement. We chose the name on purpose.
Is 5% really that much?
It's five times higher than the corporate Pledge 1% standard most aligned tech companies follow. Most queer-targeted apps are ad-supported, corporate, or keep every cent. Allgenda is structured differently on purpose.
Can I cancel my Member subscription?
Any time, no exit fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you keep every credit you've already received until you've used them. Once a charge sets aside its 5% for the nonprofit you picked, a refund reduces Allgenda's cut, never the donation.
Are credits and packs refundable?
Unused credits from a pack are refundable for 14 days from purchase. The 5% set aside for your nonprofit at checkout is committed and a refund won't claw it back. That portion stays headed to the nonprofit, not held by us.
What stays free forever?
Browsing Inclusive Spaces, submitting a venue, claiming a venue, filing a safety flag, and reading The Agenda and Commons when they ship. Allgenda does not sell placement, ranking, or verification.
Can I gift Member or credits to someone else?
Not yet. Gift checkout is on the roadmap. For now, credits and Member are tied to the buyer's account.
When do the 'Coming' Member features ship?
The Agenda and Commons are in active research. We don't list ship dates we can't keep. When Dues opens, becoming a Member will fund the building, and we'll email you when each unlock goes live.
