Privacy
Privacy in plain language.

Analytics
Allgenda uses Vercel Web Analytics (cookie-free, aggregate) and Google Analytics 4, but GA4 is gated by consent. On your first visit we show a banner; analytics stays off until you accept. If you decline or ignore it, no analytics events are sent and no analytics cookies are written (this is Google's Consent Mode v2, “default denied”).
When you do opt in, we record page views and a small set of product events (search, filter, view venue, report, correction, directions click) to understand which features help people find welcoming places. Advertising signals are off; we don't run ads. If you're signed in, we send a one-way SHA-256 hash of your user ID so we can measure returning use across devices; we never send your email, name, or any free-text from the forms. You can change or withdraw your choice anytime via Privacy choices in the footer.
Accounts
You do not need an account to browse Allgenda. An account is only required to file a report, and accounts are used exclusively for moderation and anti-abuse. We never sell, rent, or swap account data.
Verification calls
If Allgenda calls a venue using our AI-assisted script, the call is deterministic (yes/no), opens with a disclosure that the call is automated and may be recorded, and discards raw audio once the structured answers are extracted. We never pivot to sales.
Reports
The venue never sees who filed a report against them. Moderators see your report. We do not share reports with law enforcement unless compelled by a valid legal process.
