1st floor. There's an information desk on your left as you walk in. You can ask where the restroom is, or simply walk down the hallway to your RIGHT and the bathroom is about two doors down the hall (it's just past a small drinking fountain). Very large, single-user bathroom (no stalls and no "foyer"). Excellent privacy.
