Via the central elevator / staircase, head up to the third floor (not 3*, but 3). From that floor, head straight down the hallway that is directly in front of the elevator, past the Multicultural Lounge and the IICC office. There are two single-stall, gender-neutral signage in the back by the water fountains. Both restrooms have automatic doors and are up to code.
Sarratt student center has lots of conferences and visitors, so a stranger's entering the building won't be out of place. The front desk staff on the first floor are nice and might be willing to help with navigation. During the school year, most Vanderbilt students would also be willing to help, although not every student might know about the restrooms.
