Enter through the Callahan doors at the far right end of the building and go down the stairs to the right. The bathroom is to the right just outside the door at the bottom of the stairs.
This bathroom is infrequently used since it is in a very out-of-the-way location (which is a good thing I suppose). However, for that same reason it doesn't get cleaned as often as it should (which is a bad thing). The door to the bathroom doesn't lock, but inside is a locking stall, a urinal, and two sinks.
