At the very back of the dining room, on the main floor. It's down a little corridor at the back, directly across from a door marked "employees only". The bathroom marked with a wheelchair symbol. (There are gendered, multi-stall washrooms up a flight of stairs.)
The restroom is for customers only. But my partner and I have not had any troubles continuing to eat here after coming out.
