Take elevator to the 3rd floor, exit to your left, then make another left at the very next hallway. You'll see all of the bathrooms, the two gendered bathrooms are the first two doors and the gender nuetral single stall is next.
Since it's in the school you'll generally have to have a reason to be there (ie. guest lecturer, student or family visiting, attending an even or exhibition etc.) as well as get a temporary visitor's pass but if you're visiting the school for some reason just know there are gender neutral bathrooms here.
