You have to be climbing there to use the single stalled unisex toilet, it is in the changing/locker room near to a bouldering room. Otherwise if you head in to the climbing centre through the cafe there is gendered toilets straight ahead
(I last used this toilet in 2019, so I am unaware if it is still there)
