Walk towards the fish tank, make a left down that hallway and another left. The two bathrooms are on your right. One has a changing table and is handicap accessible.
There is an entrance fee to get into the park with a car (walking or biking is free) and the Nature Center is not always open. See https://ccgovernment.carr.org/ccg/recpark/pineyrun/PRNatureCenter.aspx for Nature Center hours or call the gate house at 410-795-3274.
