Not immediately visible. After going through the entrance, you'll have to take quite a walk back to a hallway that looks like where the offices might be. At the end of the hallway there are a number of bathrooms - two women's, one men's, and one single-use unisex/family restroom.
I have been here for numerous musical events and rehearsals over the last few years. A couple of those times the unisex/family restroom has been locked. One of those times I was to be there all day, and I went and found one of the staff members and told her I was uncomfortable with using the other restrooms - she unlocked it for me without any trouble.
