Upon entrance there is a desk, to the left is a hallway with gendered stalled washrooms, before ten to the immediate left is a staircase. Go up the stair case and through the door to the viewing area that is on the left. To the left again, are a couple gender neutral single stall washrooms.
Since it's in the viewing area, you shouldn't have any trouble. If someone questions you, the staff is nice and will probably let you use them if you say you needed to use a gender neutral washroom and knew of this one.
