Go through the the entrance. You'll see a cafeteria or "Cyber Cafe" to your left and a library to your right. Go to your right towards the library and keep going until you're near another exit. To your right should be a sign that says something like "family restroom."
It's a nice restroom and very spacey. The stalls don't seem to lock, but the door to the restroom is what you need to lock for privacy. That's what everyone uses, anyways. It has two stalls and two urinals. Anyone can use it.
