As you enter through the main entrance you need to head for the door furthest to the right on the back wall; the gender neutral bathrooms are through there (there's a sign pointing to them).
This is a working drama school and theatre so reception MAY ask if they can assist you or why you are there as you enter the building, but are normally fine to just let you head through to use the bathrooms.
