Go in the front doors, and you will see the gift shop in front of you. Go to the left of the gift shop entrance, then turn right before you get to the cafe area. There are two gendered single-stall restrooms in a hallway between the gift shop and the cafe.
You don't need to buy a ticket to go to the bathrooms, just walk over to them.
