In the old Canada Hair Cloth building: second, third, and fourth floor provide unisex washrooms (single toilet, usually 2 to 3 rooms lined up next to one another), with one of the second-floor bathrooms being explicitly wheelchair accessible and located near the back entrance to the building (school is built on a hill: the second floor is ground-level at the back entrance). All unisex bathrooms are also located close to an elevator.
The school culture is also pretty trans - friendly on the whole and most of the people working and studying there are unlikely to police anyone entering the gendered multi-stall bathrooms in the newer part of the building, unless someone is actively behaving in a way that warrants intervention. In short, any bathroom you find is likely to be safe, but the more private unisex option is most definitely available.
