Address is actually a bit past the rest rooms. They are located in a brown wood building with green doors on the left side of the road, open to the public.
The camp restrooms are open to the public, including those without a campsite reservation. Just pull into the parking lot and head on in. No one will bother you.
They are fully furnished bathrooms and kept pretty clean. The building also has gender neutral public showers.
