In the Eastwood Mall complex, on the far right side of the plaza that has a Toys R Us, Hobby Lobby, and Save A Lot (among others). Restroom is in the back-left corner of the store. One is designated for customers, while the other for employees, but is otherwise single stall and unisex.
Many people go in just to browse fabrics, so no one would really think much if you just came in, looked around for a little bit, and left. Expect to be greeted by the employees at least once, but they're a nice group of ladies. If you need help finding the restroom, you can even ask them and they'll point it out.
