From the front entrance: right all the way until the Juniors/fitting rooms, left all the way to men's fitting rooms, left towards the luggage area and to the right a bit on the part of the wall that's a bit jutted out. Says 'offices restrooms' above the hallway, go down that and the family bathroom is there along with men's and women's.
It is a family bathroom so it has a changing table. Has sanitary products available for a quarter, if you can't find it (it's a little hidden away) ask a sales associate and they're happy to help you. Just act like you're browsing for a bit so they don't think you're just in the store to hang out.
