Escalator beside the entrance to Centreplace food court takes you up to the cinema, or use the lift (same one that services the carparks, iirc) for wheelchair access. Toilets are immediately behind where the escalator comes out, so turn around and they should be obvious.

I've come here as a paying customer and not; it's been fine either way, though I imagine they prefer you buy something. These are some of the nicest toilets I've ever been to in Hamilton!
