To the left of the front door, around the corner near the bar, there are two single restrooms with locking doors.
There is a security check to come in, so I think it's supposed to be for paying customers. There are other gendered stall based bathrooms further in, if you follow the restroom sign, so ignore that and just go to the left toward the bar and then left again before the door out to the balcony.
