There's one on the ground near the library, at the end of the corridor. Also one in approximately the same position on every floor above. There are also unisex bathrooms from the second floor up in the Webb Centre, in the middle partition (ie near the lifts).

I doubt you'd get looks using the ones on the outside near the library, but I would recommend being a student if you wanted to go inside the Webb Centre. Even still, I doubt people would care all that much.
