Ground floor. Follow the hallway by the vending machines, to the right of the elevator as you face it. The bathroom will be on your left, between the two binary gendered restrooms and next to the water fountain.
You can also access it from the other hallway, as they form a loop. Turn right just before the Women's Resource Center, go through the door, and you'll be at the end of the hallway with the restroom.
