Go in the door and take the first hallway to the right. Go around the corner to the right, and you'll see a door that's usually standing open. There's a sign that identifies this bathroom as being for both sexes, and an outer door that locks. There's one stall inside that also locks.
E. Moore Hall is the columned, red-brick building that sits across (and to the left) from the MountainLair on WVU's downtown campus. You don't have to be a student to use the bathroom.
