Two single-occupancy restrooms in rear. Restrooms are ambiguously marked, both have one sign saying "men" and "women" but also have a second sign designating both as unisex. I've seen people of various genders using both restrooms.
This is a Chinese restaurant and it's not super high traffic, people might notice if you just came in to use the restroom, especially if it was not a crowded time. Good authentic Yunnan Chinese food too.
