This bathroom is in turrets great hall, on the first floor. Go in the mail door, immediatly go left, and there are two single occupancy bathrooms with no gender signs.
Every other toilet on campus is essentially genderfree - nobody will give a crap which one you use. And there are always tourists/random people on campus, so nobody will ever look at you strangely.
