Bathrooms are labelled gendered though in practice anyone uses any, so no-one'll really care unless they're busting! They prefer you buy something, but I've used them without buying things with no trouble. And if you turn up during rush hour (lunch, school ending, work ending) there's usually a big enough crowd that they don't care.
