Enter through the front doors, go downstairs, on the right side there is hallway behind a glass door, follow it to the end, there is another glass door on the left, follow the corridor behind it to a third glas door, behind it is a small room, which has a door to the toilet.

The building is part of the university in Erlangen, but usually there should be no problem for anyone to use it. It is marked as a restroom for men and women, but only for one person at a time, so anyone can use it, no matter how they identify.
