There are two unisex (single stall) bathrooms on the island. One at the dock in the pavilion with the other bathrooms, and another right at the top of the hill just outside the main cell house (where the trams let people off).
The whole island uses a septic system so everything smells really bad. Doesn't matter which bathroom you use.
