When you first walk into the building there is a door on the left and a door on the right. Go through the door on the left to go into the eye doctor and the bathroom is around the corner on the left side.
I’m not sure if they would have any issue with you usin the restroom. I used it just fine but my niece was getting a pair of glasses.
