Go all the way up the stairs to the third floor, and then walk through the pews to the door in the opposite wall, the bathroom is in that little hallway there
This is my synagogue, it's queer-friendly and everyone's really nice! It might be locked at some points, I don't actually know. Also just be aware that Shabbat services are from 7:30 pm to 9ish on Friday evenings, so walking though at that time might be a little awkward
